• What do we expect from our FoamMaster Certified Affiliate members?

  We at FoamMaster have years of experience and thousands of foam party events under our belt and it is very important to us that this industry is built with safety and best practices in mind as it continues to grow. With that in mind…

  When you join our Affiliate program you will represent all of us each time you go out there and foam. We do not plan to manage you, you will be your own business. But we do have to have some core principles we expect everyone to abide by to continue to get the benefits of being in our network, and so we all succeed. 

• Safety
  • You and any of your employees that are going to be running foam parties will be required to take a foam party safety certification course and pass a test to be Foam Safety Certified - There may be a small cost per class.
     
• No Foam On Top of Swimming Pools
  • It’s just not safe. We are building an industry, and we cannot be putting kids and adults in that kind of danger. Foam on top of a swimming pool is a recipe for disaster. People get lost, can’t breathe when they come up for air because the air is foam, and can’t be seen under the foam if they are in distress and need help.
• Putting foam on top of a swimming pool will be grounds for immediate termination of your membership and all perks and services related to it, including any listing at all on the FoamPartyMasters site.
• For clarification, foam near a pool that gets taken in a little at a time as people jump back and forth is not what we’re talking about.  That should still be managed but we’re talking about full-on spraying the foam onto the surface of the pool to create a foam pile with a pool underneath it.
• About Drop Offs or Rentals 
  • The concept we strongly encourage our FoamMaster Affiliates to sell is an attended Foam Party. Both for safety and value to the customer. We really believe that dropping off or renting foam machines is unsafe and makes us all look bad. But if you insist, please do it in the safest way possible, be mindful of your electrical connections, train your rental clients in best practices, ask them to sign a document agreeing to not put foam on top of a pool and threaten them with a fine if they do.
     
• Be good at your job
  • Wear appropriate clothing
  • Be on time
  • Don’t Drink or Smoke While Working
  • Don’t use inappropriate language
     
• Don’t Sexually Harrass
  • Don’t sexually harrass anyone
  • Don’t hit on or ask out your clients during a job
     
• Don’t discriminate
  • We will not tolerate any discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, genetic information or citizenship.
     
• No Politics in your Business Practices
  • Doesn’t matter who you are or what you believe, I think we can all agree on this one.

For the first full year after you purchase a FoamMaster OG Cannon, or for a limited trial offer included with a minimum purchase of Foam supplies, you get everything included in the affiliate program, including discounts on the al a carte options. That’s right, we give you up to a full year on us to prove our value!

After you complete your trial you will have the option to either purchase more foam supplies or another FoamMaster Cannon to expand your inventory and the number of parties you can book, or sign up for a year of the affiliate program for a one time payment or subscription plan. Any of those options will make sure you continue to receive all of the incredible things we layed out here!
